Refund and Cancelation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services purchased from ANG Consulting, a DBA of Angelovski Logistics LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing our services or using our website, you agree to this Policy.

We provide consulting and related professional services, which may include:

• Strategy sessions
• Project-based consulting
• Retainer-based advisory
• Logistics or operations consulting
• Digital resources (if applicable)

Because consulting services involve reserved time, customized work, and professional expertise, refunds are limited as described below.

If a deposit is required, it is generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Invoices are due according to the terms listed on your proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Late payments may pause work until your account is current.

You may cancel a scheduled session by providing at least [24/48] hours’ notice for a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made with less than [24/48] hours’ notice may be:

• Non-refundable, or
• Subject to a rescheduling fee at our discretion.

If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, it is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

You may reschedule a session with at least [24/48] hours’ notice at no cost.

Rescheduling requests made with less notice may incur a fee or be treated as a late cancellation.

For project-based engagements:

• Work completed is non-refundable.
• If you choose to cancel after work has started, you will be responsible for:
  
  • Payment for work performed up to the cancellation date, and
  • Any non-cancellable third-party costs approved by you.

If you have prepaid for a project, any unused portion may be refunded after deducting:

• Work already completed, and
• Administrative or onboarding costs of, if applicable.

Retainers reserve our availability and priority support.

• Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
• You may cancel a retainer by providing [15/30] days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

Any unused hours may:

• Expire at the end of the period, or
• Roll over for [X] days, if specified in your agreement.

If we offer digital resources (templates, guides, downloads):

• All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of mind after work begins
• Delays caused by missing information or approvals from you
• Outcomes outside our control
• Services already delivered or substantially performed

We may need to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances.

If we cancel:

• You may choose a new date/time, or
• Receive a full refund for the canceled session.

For longer projects, we will coordinate a fair pro-rated resolution where appropriate.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate suspension of services
• A requirement to settle outstanding balances before resuming work
